Front Office Assistant
Bucharest | Full-time | 15.05.2022Clinic 32 is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, positive person to be part of our company's team, in the position of "Front Office Assistant”.
The position involves various activities, such as:
- taking over patients, making appointments, taking phone calls, taking correspondence and managing / forwarding it;
- document management, operation in the specific scheduling program, cash register, invoicing, cash register, various records of expenses, consumption, various reports;
- support for management, managing relationships with employees, customers and partners of the company.
To cope successfully with these activities, you need very good communication skills, good organizational skills, increased attention to detail, team spirit and a positive attitude. Experience in a similar position and / or knowledge of primary accounting and / or knowledge of human resources is an advantage.
