OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION "Child's smile!" 2021
Win a complete dental treatment for a child worth over 5,000 lei
1. THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
- The patient who will receive the treatment must be a child, respectively, must be up to 18 years old. The registration can be done by an adult who can prove the fulfillment of the participation conditions for the child. The prize will be awarded exclusively to a pediatric patient up to the age of 18.
All individuals with a Facebook account can participate in this contest. This campaign offers a complete dental treatment for a child (including investigations, dental care and all necessary consultations).
2. PERIOD OF DEVELOPMENT
The contest will take place on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/clinica32/, starting with 01.06.2021, time 09:00 (Romanian time) and will end on 30.06.2021, time 18 : 00 (Romanian time).
Any participant who tries to register after this date will not be considered.
The drawing of the winner will take place on July 1, 2021 at 18.00, on the Facebook page of Clinica 32.
3. COMPETITION MECHANISM
To enter the prize race, each participant must:
- to post on the facebook page about this campaign with the tag Clinica 32 & Asociatia Blondie
- make a donation to the Blondie Association for children who need to fly for life-saving treatment. For the donation, write the message Clinica 32. Any amount donated is taken into account.
- to follow the extraction from July 1, 2021 at 18.00 on the facebook page of clinic 32

Only persons who appear as participants in the contest and who may be counted on to meet the conditions for participation will be considered. The privacy conditions of the contestants must be set so that the distribution ("Share") of the post is visible.
4. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
The designation of the winner will be made with the help of the site http://www.random.org on 01.07.2021, at 18:00 (Romanian Time).
There will be 4 draws: 1 winner and 3 reserves. The winner and the reservations will be announced on 01.07.2021 facebook live on the page https://www.facebook.com/clinica32/.
The winner will have 24 hours to prove that he has complied with the rules, through the print screen.
If within 24 hours it is not possible to establish a communication with the winner or it will be proved that he has not cumulatively met the participation requirements, then another winner will be chosen from the reserves, and the cycle will be repeated until the validation of the winner. If none of the reserves meets the conditions to be declared the winner, the draw will be repeated until a winner is validated.
In order to validate the winning of the prize, the individual winner will present the identity card when collecting the prize.

In the event of a dispute over the validity of a registration, the decision of the Organizer is final. Any disputes between the organizer and the campaign participants will be settled amicably

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The organizer undertakes to respect the rights of the participants, in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
The organizer does not assume responsibility for any fact that determines the impossibility of validating a winner and resuming the draw until the validation of another winner, for example: the impossibility of notifying the winner in writing caused by changing the e-mail address or not receiving / not reading correspondence. .
The organizer will take all necessary measures to conduct the contest under normal conditions as presented, but does not assume responsibility for any dissatisfaction, appeals of participants, which do not address violations of the legal framework in force.
