Using and placing an order in the online store

Any visitor can access the existing free or paid resources on the online store by browsing the site and / or by completing an order and completing all the necessary steps.
The data required to complete an order (name, surname, email, phone) must be real in order to complete the transaction and complete an order. You are responsible for the data provided and for the information regarding the card you use for payment.

Place an order on the site

By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
The notification received by the Buyer, after the execution of the Order, has the role of information and does not represent the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail) or by telephone.
For justified reasons, Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Packages and / or Services in the Order. If you change the quantity of Packages and / or Services in the Order, you will notify the Buyer of the e-mail address or telephone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid.
The contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer upon receipt by the Buyer from the Seller, by e-mail confirming the order placed and additional details (location, day / time of appointment, doctor / staff Clinic 32 that will take the patient) regarding purchased products and services.
To make an order, the following steps must be followed:
Choose the right package / service
Click on the product and select the add to cart option. Repeat this action for each selected package / service
Go to the shopping cart and complete the order
Enter the required information completely, real and correct
Make the payment through the NETOPIA PAYMENTS service

Adding a Package / Service to the shopping cart, in the absence of completing the Order, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly also the automatic reservation of the Package / Service.

By completing the Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may contact him, by any means available / agreed by the Seller, in any situation where it is necessary to contact the Buyer.

The Seller may cancel the Order placed by the Buyer, following a prior notification addressed to the Buyer, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other party in the following cases:
- non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Buyer's card, of the transaction, in case of online payment;
- invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by SC Clinica 32 SRL, in case of online payment;
- the data provided by the Client / Buyer on the Site are incomplete and / or incorrect;

Order cancellation

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Package / service or to give up a Service within 14 calendar days from the date of its acquisition, if it has not benefited during this time of consultation and / or treatment, without invoking for no reason and without incurring other costs.

Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a Product or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:

- the day on which the Buyer purchased the product / service, in the conditions in which he announced the seller and received his confirmation for the cancellation of the appointment and the purchased package, at least 48 hours before the appointment date for consultation and / or treatment.

If the buyer has purchased a package with a value of less than 550 lei and does NOT cancel 48 hours before the appointment date for consultation and / or treatment, his money will NOT be refunded.

If the buyer has purchased a package with a value of more than 550 lei and does NOT cancel at least 48 hours before the date of appointment for consultation and / or treatment, he will be deducted the amount of 550 lei and will be refunded the difference.

The buyer can contact Clinica 32 using the contact details in the "contact" section of the site to personally confirm the cancellation of the purchase of the service / package.

In case the Buyer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he will be able to access in the future other products / services from the site, only on the condition of paying them in advance, without the possibility to use the cancellation described above.

At the same time, in case of cancellation of some products / services, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the buyer's access to any gifts or bonuses that accompanied the product / service.

If the Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the full amount, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing the Seller by the Buyer of its decision to withdraw from the Contract, subject to compliance with the procedure described above.

The amount will be refunded for Orders paid by bank card by refund to the card account from which the payment was made.

Site pricing policy

All tariffs related to the Goods and / or Services presented on the Site are expressed in lei (RON).

In case of online payments the Seller is not / cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the currency of his issuance differs from RON. Only the Buyer is responsible for this action.

After 20 (twenty) days from the purchase of a Package or Service, the Buyer will be required to register a Review related to the purchased Product or Service. The request will be sent to the email address registered by the Buyer in the Account. In this way, the Buyer contributes to informing other possible Users / Customers / Buyers on the Site and is actively involved in the development of new Services and in the most complete detailing of the features of the Packages.

Payment specifications

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each Order. The Seller will issue to the Buyer an invoice for the delivered Goods and Services, the obligation of the Buyer being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
The Seller will send to the Buyer by email the invoice related to the Order containing Packages and / or Services sold by SC Clinica 32 SRL.
For a correct communication of the invoice related to the Order, the Buyer has the obligations to request the updating whenever necessary of his data by sending an email to the contact address provided on the site or by contacting the Seller by phone.

Access to products / services
